An Icicles’ Baby
It’s been an exciting couple of weeks for our guitarist Rebecca and her husband James who have welcomed home a little baby boy on January 13th. Ezra weighed in at 7lb 14 oz. Congratulations Rebecca and James!
ListenIn Interview
I’ve been forgetting to post this link to a 2009 interview I had with Frank Jenks from ListenIn (www.listenin.org). He asked some really great questions and we had a fantastic conversation. Anyway, if you’re interested, take a listen.

New YouTube video – fun in the car with the Icicles
Our friend Tim from band The Devil, My Pocket (Providence, RI)Â just posted an impromptu YouTube video we filmed in his car when we visited the east coast this past spring. Disclaimer: this video was not filmed by professionals and you might experience some motion sickness.
New song – rough mix preview
We’ve been working hard in the studio recording our new album Renegade Parade. While it is still far from complete, we thought it might be fun to share one of our really rough mixes. The song is called the Clock Ticks. Happy listening!
Meet Zane and Aaron

Plugging away on the new album
The Icicles have been hiding out a bit as of late. We’ve been in the studio working hard recording our upcoming album Renegade Parade (a series of three EPs). We’ve got some initial tracks down and are starting to mix the tracks. By spring we should have a better idea of when the series will be released. We hope to have a “sneak peak” of a track or two on the website for you to preview. That should be up in a month or so.
